On the last day for candidates to file for the New Hampshire presidential primary ballot, Vermin Supreme, known for campaigning with a massive boot on his head, made his third run for President official.
This year, Supreme who is from Rockport, Massachusetts, is running as a Democrat. But his platform remains a bit out of the mainstream.
It centers on what he calls the "pony economy." Yes, ponies. He also pledged to defeat the "zombie apocalypse" he says is coming.
And when asked by reporters how he would defeat ISIS, he laid out a plan that included, “lots of ponies – pony bombs, pony drones, pony tanks, pony troops – hoofs on the ground – boots on the head – we are going to take them on.”
Supreme, along with more than 50 candidates from both parties, will be on the New Hampshire primary ballot come February.
