First Lady Tells N.H. Crowd Trump's Comments Have "Shaken Her"

First Lady Michelle Obama hosted a rally for Hillary Clinton Thursday afternoon at Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester.

But Obama's speech didn’t focus on Clinton but rather on Donald Trump’s treatment of women.

When the First Lady took the podium Thursday, she told the nearly 2,000 person crowd Trump’s self-described locker room banter had “shaken her to her core.”

Obama went on to describe Trump's commenta about sexually assaulting women during a 2005 "Access Hollywood" interview as “disgraceful” and “intolerable.”

Throughout Michelle Obama's speech the nearly 2,000 person crowd cheered and whistled every time Obama denounced Trump's comments around women.

“Too many people are treating this as just another headline, as if our outrage is overblown or unwarranted as if this is normal, just politics as usual. But New Hampshire, yeah be clear, this is not normal – this is not politics as usual," Obama said.

"To dismiss this as everyday locker room talk is an insult to decent men everywhere," Obama said of Trump's recent response to his  2005 comments.

Besides Obama, several New Hampshire Democrats also took the stage Thursday, including Governor and U.S. Senatorial candidate Maggie Hassan, gubernatorial nominee Colin Van Ostern and Congressswoman Ann Kuster.

Since Trump's remarks were reported last week, several Republicans have rescinded their support for the Republican nomineeincluding U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte, who's running for re-election. Gubernatorial candidate Chris Sununu, however, says he's still casting his vote for Trump.

Trump is scheduled to be back in the Granite State Saturday for a rally in Portsmouth.
