On his list of achievements: fewer regulations, lower taxes, and school choice. On his to-do list: A ten-year plan for the state's mental health system and a revamped Medicaid expansion program.

Governor Chris Sununu - Before being elected governor in November 2016 -- the first Republican governor since Craig Benson was elected in 2002 -- Sununu served on the New Hampshire Executive Council for three terms. Sununu is the youngest governor in the country and is running for re-election in 2018.
