Voters in cities across New Hampshire will head to the polls Tuesday, Nov. 7 for local elections.
In Manchester, incumbent Mayor Ted Gatsas and former Alderman Joyce Craig will face off in the city’s general election. It’s a rematch of 2015, when Gatsas defeated Craig by just 64 votes.
