Marsy's Law is a nationwide effort to bolster the rights of crime victims. Now, a New Hampshire bill to put these rights into the state Constitution has bipartisan support and the Governor's endorsement. But there are concerns about possible unintended consequences and some hesitation over constitutional change.
- Patti LaFrance - Attorney with Black, Vitelli and Pennock in Nashua. She was a felony prosecutor from 2001-2017 working with victims of violent crimes. She served as Hillsborough County Attorney from 2013-2014. She is also an adjunct professor at Nashua Community College, teaching criminal law and criminal procedure.
