Race For 2016: Pataki Drops Out, Carson Shakes Up Staff

This week former New York Governor George Pataki dropped out of the race for the Republican presidential nomination, former neurosurgeon Ben Carson shook up staffing at his struggling campaign, and real estate mogul Donald Trump called former President Bill Clinton one of the “great abusers of women,” as he pushed back against charges of sexism made against him by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

In our weekly 2016 political roundtable, Here & Now’s Robin Young reviews campaign news of the week, 30 days ahead of the first voting in Iowa – with the AP’s Jesse Holland and Rebecca Sinderbrand of the Washington Post.
