States Differ In Defining, Supporting "Gifted" Students
Findings from a recently published national survey suggest that gifted students are getting the shaft. The survey looked at how states define, identify, and accommodate gifted students.
Scott Barry Kaufman is a Cognitive Psychologist at New York University and co-founder of the Creativity Post, where he wrote an article on the troubling state by state inconsistencies of gifted education.
