Today's show will cover two topics on the minds of Granite Staters.
Part 1: In the wake of the storm
No ice, no snow, and yet Northern New England was hard hit, with recovery slow. We sit down with New Hampshire's director of the division of homeland security and emergency management, Perry Plummer. Bill Quinlan, president of Eversource NH Operations, also joins us.
NHPR has kept close track of power outages and restoration throughout the week. See most recent coverage here.
Part 2: Confusion over signing up for Obamacare

Amid an uncertain open enrollment season, Insurance Commissioner Roger Sevigny urges people to research their options and to seek help from navigators, brokers, and agents. This year, open enrollment ends on December 15. Visit here for insurance department info on enrolling in the insurance marketplace.
