News & Brews is heading to Manchester for our fifth event in this new series. Join us at The Shaskeen with Peter Biello, host of All Things Considered and Dan Barrick, NHPR's News Director.

New Hampshire Public Radio and the UNH School of Law come together to bring you another event in their series, Justice & Journalism. This series presents a range of speakers to discuss the intersection of justice and journalism. 

Join us for our 7th annual State of the Newsroom. This special evening is your peek behind the curtain - a chance for you to meet newsroom staff, hear how editorial decisions are made & learn how your support directly impacts the citizens of New Hampshire.

New Hampshire Public Radio in partnership with Gibson's Bookstore and Capitol Center for the Arts, is pleased to present Colson Whitehead (The Underground Railroad) and Ben Winters (The Last Policeman) on stage in conversation at the Spotlight Cafe at Capitol Center for the Arts.

New Hampshire Public Radio in partnership with the Business and Industry Association and New Hampshire Business Review present a forum between the Democratic and Republican nominees for the United State Senate.

New Hampshire Public Radio is excited to partner with Stay Work Play to present the annual Rising Stars Awards. Each year the Rising Stars Awards celebrate and recognize New Hampshire's remarkable young professionals, young entrepreneurs, and college students, initiatives to keep them here, and the businesses and programs that go the extra mile to recruit and retain them.

 New Hampshire Public Radio in partnership with the Business and Industry Association and New Hampshire Business Review present a forum between the Democratic and Republican nominees for governor.

The discussion will be moderated by Laura Knoy, host of The Exchange, and panelists will consist of journalists from NHBR and NHPR

Laura Knoy took NHPR's flagship show on the road for a special live edition of The Exchange, featuring a conversation on business and sustainability. The forum took place on Tuesday, June 28th at Labelle Winery in Amherst, and tackled the tough questions facing many in New Hampshire around what's real and what's "greenwashing," and what policies and economic factors stand in the way of more businesses embracing sustainable practices.

On January 20th at 5:30pm, New Hampshire Public Radio and The Warren B. Rudman Center at The UNH School of Law come together to bring you another event in their series, Justice & Journalism. This series presents a range of speakers to discuss the intersection of justice and journalism. 

Tom Gjelten, National Public Radio’s Correspondent on Religion and Belief, is our guest. He will be speaking about his latest book, A Nation of Nations: A Great American Immigration Story, and how immigration is playing out in the presidential primary.

Join us in studio on  November 12th at 3 PM for an in-depth discussion with Ohio Governor and Presidential Candidate John Kasich about the issues on New Hampshire voters’ minds this election season.

The forum will be broadcast on The Exchange on November 12, at 8pm and again on Monday November 16th at 9am and 8pm.

NHPR's held the third annual Trivia Smackdown 2015 is on April 3 at the Capitol Center for the Arts in Concord.  28 competed this year answering four rounds of trivia questions, hosted by the one and only Trivia Guru, Phil Kliger.  

And this year's winners? None other than our defending champions two years running...The Defenders!
